5 rounds, each round is 2 minutes long. Rest 2 minutes between rounds:
25 wall ball shots
With remaining time do as many burpees as possible
Score = Total number of burpees
1. Max rep toes to bar
2. Death by Clean and Jerk(135/95)
(1the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc…. continue until you can’t get the required reps in that minute)
5 Rounds:
20swings
walking lunge, 50ft
20 push ups
Bear crawl, 50ft
4 rounds:
Teams of 2:
1st person rows 250m, 2nd person does as many squat cleans as possible in the time it takes person#1 to row.
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
